Superior Caring Hands LLC is Hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Near Largo, MD

·Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in any of the listed field

Human services, Sociology, Rehabilitative Services and Psychology

To direct, plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate all the supports and services towards clinical and problematic issues for their assigned caseload.

· To monitor bi-weekly the persons served

· To monitor documentation, assist with ISPs, goals and activity development,

· Respond to issues on the MCIS dashboard, write weekly notes and quarterly reviews,

· Complete incident reports.

· Finalize individual support and behavioral plans.

· Responsible for overseeing the financial accounts of the people we support

· Training staff

· Supervises the Program Coordinator and staff and counsels, guides and coaches as it is needed.

· Prepares the court reports and attends hearings and staff meetings.

· To create various reports such as bi-weekly report and Quarterlies

· Analyze data to provide recommendations on improvements.

· Develop positive relationships with staff and persons we serve.

· Extremely detail-oriented, organized, possess problem solving skills and ability to multi-task, think creatively, and see the larger vision/purpose of the program.

· Monitor staff documentation using electronic recordkeeping system

· Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding care of persons we serve Develop and implement daily goals according to ISP

· Facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly team and interdisciplinary team meetings (ISP, BSP, Staff)

Maintain accurate clinical records

· Provide advice and emotional support to persons of support and their family members, and/or guardians.

· Monthly face-to-face visits with persons served to address satisfaction, financial reviews, and grievances.

· To monitor and schedule Quality Assurance visits monthly and document accordingly

· Perform Emergency evacuation drills.

· Environmental checklists

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $46,990.00 - $59,507.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
