Position Details
The Project Fleet Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administration and supervision of a comprehensive fleet business system encompassing every aspect of preventative maintenance, registration compliance, facility compliance, out of service reporting, rental assets and accurate record keeping.
Responsibilities:

• Work with Fleet Manager and Fleet Maintenance Manager to organize and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs utilizing Tilson's current FMC.
• Maintain asset uptime/downtime reporting.
• Support Operations, dispatch emergency / in-field repairs utilizing Tilson's current FMC.
• Schedule on-site fueling program.
• Monitor Telematics information for driver performance, telematics compliance and accidents/incidents.
• Support Fleet Maintenance Manager with accident/incident data collection and repairs.
• Support Vehicle and Equipment Cleanliness with Operations.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment have the required DOT equipment, First Aid Kit w. eyewash, triangles, or cones, 2lb or 5lb fire extinguisher, wheel chocks and documentation.
• Audit vehicles and trailers for proper documentation and damage.
• Coordinate the mitigation of all warranty and recall work with the Fleet Maintenance Manager.
• Support operations with tracking and scheduling equipment requiring calibration.
• Schedule the return of all rental trucks and equipment, verifying they are free from damage, Tilson logos are removed and clean.
• Support the asset retirement and asset acquisition process:
  - Check in of new assets.
  - Ready assets for liquidation.
• Support facility compliance ensuing all Fire Extinguishers and inspected, alarms are tested and functioning, yard cleanliness, AED is in service and functioning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School GED or Equivalent.
• Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Fleet environment.
• knowledge in automotive, diesel, hydraulic, aerial, light and medium duty construction equipment, and trailers.
• Ability to effectively communicate within the department and cross functionally.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute maintenance tasks utilizing internal resources in partnership with an FMC.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Have experience in managing multiple tasks.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00
