Summary Statement:

The Production Manager Visual - Zouk Group responsibilities include producing and operating visual content for screens in venue and perform technical maintenance when needed, producing graphic art and visual materials for property digital advertising and marketing. This role is a unique opportunity to act as a crucial member of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

• Technical knowledge of software and hardware used in venue.
• Operate video servers for event operations.
• Create high-level eye-catching quality artwork for in venue use.
• Concept and design creative 2D and 3D graphic animations conforming to various output formats and deliverable media.
• Make artwork production-ready and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative solutions comply with brand standards.
• Catalog and maintain artwork and final deliverable files.
• Participate and oversee special projects including the installation of new video show elements.
• Adhere to and promote all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations as they pertain to the safe operation of all elements related to the show; participate in all required health and safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

• Working knowledge of Resolume and D3 media servers
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience installing and maintaining large scale LED surfaces.
• Experience as a vendor/client liaison for complex projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Good general understanding of all technical aspects of a show.
• Working knowledge of ACDC theory and electrical safety.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Personnel management experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Flexibility, autonomy, team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.

Preferred:

• Ability to read and comprehend A/V system drawings, specifications, technical manuals.
• Technical-level knowledge and experience with digital and analog A/V technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of information technology systems, network infrastructure and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of industry standard A/V technologies, best practices, and service programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Resolume and Disguise Softwares.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• At least 5 years of previous experience operating and maintaining video systems and/or theater experience with large-scale productions.
• At least 3 years previous leadership/management experience.
• College diploma (or equivalent) in live entertainment or theatre production (or equivalent work experience).
• Must be 21 years of age.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
• Previous experience working in Nightlife.
