100% ONSITE, 8am-5pm (no flexibility on this)
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements.
- Collaborate in designing computer-based and multimedia curriculum to meet course objectives.
- Produce comprehensive training materials including outlines, instructional materials, presentations, and worksheets.
- Research and test systems to determine system utilization requirements for training delivery.
- Degree in information technology or a computer sciences-related field.
- MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Certification.
- Experience in assessing training needs.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for a large organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 Suite of Products including, but not limited to Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of key-end user scenarios and technical architecture for Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 products.
- Skillful in planning, coordinating, and leading training programs.
