Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- You will need to currently have or be willing to obtain your license when you are hired. We will cover the cost of all required classes and the licensing tests, as well as your salary during training.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
