The Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport is a suburban hotel located in Linthicum Heights, MD. We are conveniently situated just three miles from BWI Airport and across the street from Northrop Grumman. Our hotel is in close proximity to popular attractions such as Arundel Mills shopping mall, Maryland Live Casino, M&T Bank Stadium, and the Inner Harbor. We are also a short drive away from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site overnight role for a Night Auditor at the Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, communicating with guests, providing excellent customer service, and managing cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties and Reservations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Ability to work night shifts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
