Job Overview
4th Shift (Friday-Sunday) : 6AM-6PM
A Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform basic and routine maintenance functions for the factory.
A Day In The Life
- Performing routine maintenance around the building
- Filling and checking coolant
- Safety inspections
- weather related maintenance and groundskeeping
- light janitorial duties
- Forklift operator experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
