***We are seeking a Class A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements in the Port Allen, LA area to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste in conjunction with all DOT rules and regulations.***

***We are currently offering a New Driver Retention Bonus - New driver's are eligible to earn up to $6,000.00.***

Responsibilities :

* Candidate will be responsible for the labelling and loading of drums, totes and bulk. Individual will complete hazardous and non-hazardous paperwork.

* Perform complete pre-and post- operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with

* Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.

* Safely operate truck along candidates designated route; read route sheets, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.

* Individual will also be responsible for operating various types of equipment and will have some overnight travel. The ability to work overtime, and to work a schedule that may vary.

* Good customer services skills.

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

* CDL Class A is required

* Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements

* T wo years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.

* Selected candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, have the ability to r ead, understand and apply common operational documents, SOPs and training modules.

* Candidate must pass a pre- employment DOT physical, drug screen and background check.
