24 Seven Talent is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Los Angeles, CA
E-Commerce brand is actively looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the two Founders. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day administrative operations. You will serve as the main contact for executive administrative organization, handling confidential information with integrity and presenting professionalism while collaborating with the leadership team and external partners.
This is a Temp to Hire based opportunity – Onsite Mon-Thur, Fridays remote unless otherwise needed.
Rate: between $35-38/hr. DOE
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling calendar Management including scheduling meetings, sending reminders, sending follow-ups, note taking, organizational help, etc.
- Coordinating travel arrangements including hotels, airfare, transportation, etc.
- Booking appointments and keeping track of upcoming appointments.
- Providing some personal assistance such as communicating with household staff, spouses, organizing personal travel family vacations, and misc. needs.
- Responsible for gifting for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.
- Assisting with misc. business needs as directed.
- Providing additional support for the office and front desk as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior Executive Assistant or Office Manager experience.
- Mac proficient / Microsoft Office/ Slack.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail and solutions oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Works well under pressure.
