Description

Overview: 

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for documenting all operational processes, maintaining up-to-date training materials, and conducting training sessions for new hires.

Responsibilities: 

  • Document Processes: Systematically document all existing and new operational processes in a clear and concise manner. Organize training materials to ensure they are easily searchable and accessible. 

  • Training Material Maintenance: Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • New Hire Training: Conduct effective training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet their job requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve training methods and materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departmental teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and accurate documentation of processes. 

  • Productivity Assessment and Training: Assess productivity and create a retraining protocol for employees not meeting productivity goals. Sign off upon completion of successful training to ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications


Preferred Skills & Experience: 

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in procedures and technology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
