Smile Partners Recruitment is working with the team at J&J Dental to find their next stellar Dental Assistant!

The team at J&J Dental is growing and we're looking to add an experienced Dental Assistant to our friendly team! The Ideal candidate must be able to check off the following: Reliable and Dependable; excellent customer service skills; effective communication; excellent conflict-resolution skills; trustworthy.

Duties include:

  • Assists the dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side as required or directed by the dentist.
  • Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures.
  • Review the health history, make chart entries under the direction of the dentist and assure completion of forms and signatures.
  • Assume the responsibility associated with any duties that may be delegated by the dentist.
  • Familiarize the patient with the aspects of their dental visit and provide support and compassion to that patient when it is needed.
  • Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory.
  • Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
  • Take digital radiographs.
  • *Spanish/bilingual preferred*

  • Tuesday: 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-5pm
  • Thursday: 8am-5pm
  • Friday: 7am-2pm
