The Hilton Garden Inn in Marlborough is now hiring a Front Desk / Breakfast Host.

This is primarily a part time position, but full time hours could be available, if you are willing to work a few evening shifts, as well. Great travel benefits for PT associates, with discounted room rates as low as $35 for Hilton Associates!

Hours: 6am - 2pm. Sundays & Mondays with occasional Saturdays. Other Front Desk shifts available, as well.

Breakfast Host responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Welcome customers and explain breakfast model, answer any questions
• Maintain purchase & vouchers log
• Assist cooks with delivering hot food items to customer tables
• Keep tables/seating area clean throughout service
• Maintain coffee station & cleanliness throughout service

Front Desk responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Anticipates and responds to guest needs in a friendly and positive manner
• Responsible for providing the highest level of service
• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations.
• Assists guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services
• Understands and follows the company guest service recovery program
• Adheres to company general work rules, department procedures and company policies
• Attends all required department and hotel meetings
• Maintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with company, brand, local, state and federal regulations
