Are you an experienced professional with over 2 years of vendor compliance experience? We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a fully remote position after initial onsite training.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in major retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
- Basic knowledge of EDI transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, with advanced skills such as macros, pivots, and lookups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of SAP, GXS, and Intertrade catalogue is a plus
- Documenting and communicating current Customer Compliance requirements
- Analyzing and providing guidance on differences between vendor and internal compliance guides
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new EDI and non-EDI accounts
