Job Description

- Manage teams of up to 50 individuals, including Assembly Workers, Testers, Material Handlers, Packagers, and Painters.
- Leadership: Direct team members in the assembly, testing, and packaging of products to meet daily goals.
- Coordination: Ensure work activities follow assembly instructions, parts lists, and materials for current jobs.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that products are correctly assembled and meet specifications.
- Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments within the facility.
- Goal Setting: Set and meet production goals while troubleshooting issues to maintain quality and demand.
- Monitoring: Review and report production results to onsite management.
- Training: Hire, train, and cross-train personnel for maximum production flexibility.
- Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and document areas for improvement to boost quality and production efficiencies.
- Flexibility: Assist in other work areas as needed during absences or staff shortages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective team leadership and the ability to relate to diverse groups.
- Adept decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work on and complete projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
- 2-3 years of experience in production manufacturing
- Supervisory or lead experience.
- Bilingual

- Most of the work occurs in a manufacturing/assembly warehouse environment.
- Moderate walking and standing in the warehouse, observing workers’ activities, and interacting with personnel.
- Exposure to heat, cold, dampness, humidity, slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Adherence to all company safety policies and regulations.
- 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional need for overtime on Fridays or during the week to complete production activities.
- Starting range: $45k-$55k annually.
