A leading warehouse in Doral specializing in machine manufacturing is seeking a Electronics repair Technician or service Technician to join our team. We will train you on our product.
There is potential to become a technical service supervisor in the near future with a salary increase.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with machines.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on machines as required.
- Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
- English and Spanish, with English as your first language
- Very organized

- Annual salary of $40,000 to 45,000 plus a bonus and vacation package after 90 days.
