Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute the company's wholesale expansion plans
- Generate leads and execute the sales process with retail partners from end to end
- Build and manage a sales team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of sales experience. Footwear sales experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of consumer retail landscape.
- You are a creative thinker and are able to think outside-the-box.
- The role is entrepreneurial, self-directed, and resourceful. You thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. You can work autonomously with little direction.
- You are a clear communicator with the ability to present approaches, solve problems, and think on your feet
