We are a modren and specilized cosmetic dental practice. Our mission is to deliver high quality custom cosmetic dentistry and a 5 Star experience to all of our patients.
We are seeking a new Dental Receptionist to join our team. Your role will be to greet patients and manage all data entry for new patient files and chart, answer incoming calls and route appropriately, schedule dental hygiene patients and maintain a productive hygiene schedule, strict accountability for confirmation of smile design appointments on schedule, maintain a clean and orderly reception and patient areas, general office and admin duties, enter and post patient payments, other duties as needed.
As a member of the administrative department, you will work with dental assistants and hygienists, front desk support and patient coordinators and report to our Office Manager.
What You Will Do:
  • Greet & Manage New Patient Paperwork
  • Answer Incoming Calls
  • Confirm scheduled appointments
  • Schedule dental appointments
  • Maintain dental hygiene schedule
  • Maintain reception area
  • Process and Post patient payments
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
