As a Physician Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive medical care to patients under the supervision of our experienced physicians. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive medical care to patients under the supervision of our experienced physicians. You will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population, while also providing education and support to promote health maintenance and disease prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform procedures and minor surgical interventions as appropriate, under the guidance and supervision of attending physicians.
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within scope of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
