Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience Tax Law experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong background in Mergers & Acquisition.
- Member of the Minnesota Bar.
- Experience working with an AmLaw 200 Tax Group preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- LLM in Tax preferred.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
