We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all human resources functions for our client. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position based on-site in North Minneapolis, MN, with a competitive compensation range of $100,000 - $120,000. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OSHA compliance, including reporting, record-keeping, and implementing workplace safety programs.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and policy introduction.
• Administer and educate employees on benefit plans, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing using CBIZ, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle FMLA processes, determining eligibility, and maintaining documentation.
• Implement policies to foster positive employee relations, minimize disputes, and deliver HR training programs.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in payroll and benefits administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to develop and deliver training programs.
• Proven track record in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee engagement.
• Extensive expertise in employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
• Strong understanding of employment and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
