LACOBA Homes, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate must have 10 years' experience as an Administrator in long-term care. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of resident rights, operations management, and nursing practices. This individual must be able to assume the responsibilities of the Executive Director with future promotions.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of long-term care practices
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on resident rights
- Experience in operations management within a nursing home setting
- Background in nursing or healthcare administration is a must
