The House of Pearls is a non-profit, 501(c)3, Christian ministry dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives through the love of Jesus Christ. The program is a long-term addiction and heart restoration program where women voluntarily reside at no cost to them and learn the healing power of the Word of God through intensive bible study and teaching.

The purpose of House of Pearls is best summarized in our mission statement, “To provide a safe environment for women to heal, restore and rebuild their lives, embracing and representing the love of Jesus Christ." God has provided the cross of Jesus Christ as the only true escape from bondage. At House of Pearls we seek to point women to the reality of the indwelling Christ as the present Savior from sin and His provision of the Holy Spirit who transforms women in every area of life.

Pearls Boutique Cashier/ Sales Associate:

This position is for our store, Pearls Boutique in Monroe, NC. The store exists to fully support the House of Pearls Ministry with all proceeds. The desired candidate would be required to run the cash register, provide excellent customer service, sort and organize merchandise, and must be able to lift and move furniture on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has a passion for our Ministry and will help us shine the light of Jesus to our Pearls and our community. It is also important that we find someone who is hardworking, organized, detail oriented, creative, team-oriented and dependable. We strive to make Pearls a fun place to work while remembering who we represent and why we are here. A big part of our job is building relationships and informing customers about House of Pearl's purpose.

The position is 24-32 hours a week. Weekdays and alternating Saturdays are required.
