- Our repeat client is a non profit in Pittsburgh in business for over 20 years! They train individuals coming out of incarceration to become mechanics and fix up donated vehicles to award to economically challenged families in the Pittsburgh area.
- Due to growth, they are currently looking to hire an AP Clerk to join their small accounting team.
- Reports directly to the Controller
- Opportunity to work with a collaborative and friendly team.
- Awesome boss!
- AP Clerk will process about 25-30 invoices daily.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Get reimbursements for grants (organization is grant funded).
- AP Clerk will perform billing.
- AP Clerk will assist with AR functions as needed.
- Associates degree in a related field is a plus
- QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus
- Basic Excel skills
