Kniwledge of the Riverside, Inland Empire, and Orange County job market and business landscape is advantageous.
Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue potential clients within the Riverside, Inland Empire, and Orange County area showcasing the benefits of partnering with with our recruitment and staffing firm to fulfill their hiring needs.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans through cold calls and cold emails to drive business growth and expand our presence in our target markets.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
