Full Time Property Porter Responsibilities:

• Clean the office and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
• Perform additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Superintendent, Regional Property Manager, Community Manager or Corporate Office.
• Daily duties consist of cleaning carpets, windows, community room, offices, etc.

Full Time Property Porter Requirements:

• Ability to travel between properties
• A deep desire to learn and grow.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform tasks required.
• Good safety habits.
• Good communications skills.
• Confident, positive attitude.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
