Sterling Automotive Group is seeking experienced Body Shop Technicians who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business!

As a Body Shop Technician at our Collision Center, you are responsible for performing structural or replacement repairs to all assigned vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications. You will make “repair or replace” decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle time. You’ll also communicate and work closely with the Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the vehicle repair status.

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for a team player with a high level of motivation and two or more years of experience as a Body Shop Technician. The ideal candidate must be coachable, have strong communication skills, and be able to work well with others as well as independently. 

• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving record. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
