Responsible for reconciling data interfaces and resolving discrepancies. Run various reports to self-audit and/or work with staff in the field to correct data as appropriate to ensure accuracy. Maintains or updates databases, dashboards, spreadsheets, and business intelligent tools. Generates standard or custom reports and dashboards, summarizing financial, clinical, quality, and operations data for use in compensation calculations and analytical reports or dashboards. Experience and working knowledge of MS SQL, SSRS, programming with Visual Basic, and MS Access. Assists the provider compensation team with spreadsheets, reporting, and other inputs to ensure accurate and timely payments to the providers. Provides technical support and training for end users to optimize the utilization of compensation and productivity related systems. Develops guides and help documents. Manages library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Evaluates the information flow and data collection methods for continuous process improvement. Maintains the confidentiality of all Orlando Health information. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.Other Related Functions Participates in working groups, councils, and committees. Possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills. Required to effectively communicate complex compensation information to a wide variety of audiences through verbal and written presentations. Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing education. Completes all mandatory education.

Education/Training
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.Licensure/CertificationNone. Experience Three (3) years experience in data management, analysis and report generation of data required. Advanced PC literacy in query building, spreadsheet development, and data management. Must have working experience in Power BI or Tableau
