C. Reynolds For Masonry is Hiring an Office Assistant/Bookkeeping Near Oroville, CA

We are currently looking for a new employee to help manage the office and book-keeping for our masonry business. If you are interested in applying for this job you must be confident with using Quickbooks, a program on the computer used for Book-Keeping purposes. The requirements for the position will consist of answering phone calls and making phone calls to other companies, reading / responding to emails, billing services, receiving and sending payments, greeting customers, (other basic office tasks; maintaining a clean and upbeat environment, etc) It is a requirement to be comfortable using the computer and speaking on the phone. You must be able to get along with other staff, and be self-motivating. We are looking for someone who is proficient in using the book-keeping program called, " Quick Books" . Quick Books experience and previous office experience is required. Training on how to read blueprints and do material take offs will be provided. Your starting wage will be based on the amount of experience in this field you have. You must be over the age of 18.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
