ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a Manager of Email & Social Media Operations to ensure the proper delivery and invoicing of all committed Email Express, Trigger Marketing, Distributor Social and Local Listings advertisings campaigns. The Manager of Email & Social Media Operations will also troubleshoot any campaign or client issues, ensuring that the products keep pace with overall industry trends.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Digital Advertising Operations, the Manager of Email & Social Media Advertising Operations will join our Digital Advertising Team and manage a team of four coordinators.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000.

Responsibilities:

• Working with supplier sales reps to communicate strategy, results, and next steps for suppliers who purchased Email Express ads.
• Providing recommendations for improving internal processes, developing new technologies, and grow relationships with current third-party vendors. Working with Executive Director to create guidelines and develop training documentation as needed.
• Assisting in the development of goals and benchmarks for Email Express, Trigger Marketing, Social, and Local Listings, as well as any new products that may be offered.
• Managing the day-to-day performance and reporting efforts across all Email Express products.
• Working with internal creative team to develop creative for digital assets including email templates, images, and ads for supplier campaigns.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Share findings while tracking overall channel performance to identify trends and make recommendations for improving all email marketing initiatives.
• Working with team members to develop cross-channel communication strategy between ESP and Email Express advertisements.
• Working with Email Marketing Coordinators to troubleshoot issues and ensure email deliverability by enforcing deadlines for material solicitations.
• Working with internal development team to implement and test system improvements as needed.
• Communicating with Supplier and Distributor Sales Management when issues impact deliverability or client ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

• Prior management or supervisory experience.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Basic HTML and graphic knowledge are a plus.
• Team player, able to work collaboratively with others, gather information, solicit feedback, and implement appropriate course of action to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Proven ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be flexible with day-to-day responsibilities.
