Local 111 Restaurant and CUB Catering, located in the heart of Columbia County NY are hiring! Looking for driven and self motivated individuals to join our team as a key player to assisting the Chef and Chef de Cuisine within our kitchens and catering venues throughout Columbia and Greene counties . Weekends are a must along with evenings. Room to grow and expand on foundational skills that are required; Meat cookery, seafood cookery, Basic butchery, vegetable applications. Prep skills and multi tasking are necessary for this position along with personal accountability to follow through on SOPs during day to day and service, scheduling and leading the hotline for dinner service. Culinary Arts degree is a Plus but not required!
