Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all property management transactions
- Attract and educate new residents
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, certified property manager a plus
- Familiarity with Entrata and Blue Moon Lease
- Ability to build rapport with the onsite team, residents and ownership
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Excel skills a plus
