PT Community Service Coordinator
Remedy Staffing is currently hiring a Part-Time Assistant to assist with Community Services Special Events.
Pay : $11.35
Schedule : Monday-Friday 25 hours a week 7 : 00am-3 : 330pm (must be able to work weekends and evenings to host an event if needed)
Hours can increase to full-time and convert over to permanent with the employer with benefits and retirement

Job Duties :
- Assist with hosting Community Events
- Assist with Scheduling events
- Assist with the public with event needs
- Input data in the computer system and creating spreadsheets
- Assist with light payroll
- Read, send and receive emails
- Other office duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma and a Valid Drivers License
- Display excellent customer service attitude and great presentation and can work with the public
- Must be able to operate a computer operating system (Microsoft excel, word and outlook)
- Must have experience with creating spreadsheets and have some human resources skills
- Must be able work evenings and weekends to assist with hosting community events
- Must be able to Multitask when busy
- Follow safety guidelines
- Perform daily hands-on tasks
