PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Our client, a successful entrepreneur within the real estate industry, is seeking a Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant. This role supports a friendly, supportive CEO and provides flexibility and an attractive work-life balance.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple bank accounts
- Act as the point of contact between family members, professional and personal relationships, and internal / external clients and vendors
- Organize calendars and travel by booking engagements, flights, meetings, etc.
- Address any issues that may arise at numerous business interests and personal residences
Qualifications :
- Approximately 1-5 years' of experience as a Personal Assistant, Bookkeeper, or in a related field
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
