- Develop and implement automated costing analysis for new and existing products.
- Lead initiatives to integrate advanced automation tools and software to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and product development teams to gather and analyze data relevant to product costing.
- Manage and mentor the costing product management team, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct regular presentations of cost analysis and automation reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements in costing methodologies.
- Continuously improve costing processes through innovative automation solutions.
- Perform other job responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost management within the supply industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience with costing automation tools and software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a history of managing successful teams.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
