The Customer Service Representative will ensure that customers’ needs are met on a daily basis, assist with credit application entry, and help prepare and distribute materials to remote employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Take ownership of customer problems and follow through until resolution is achieved.
· Work closely and effectively with customers, and inter-departmental managers and
stakeholders whose sphere of influence is impacted by activities.
· Ensure service level agreements are being met with respect to customer service for both
internal and external customers.
· Liaise with insurance providers to assist in the resolution to ensure adequate coverages.
· Provide bill of sale, invoice, and copies of contract documentation.
· Provide payoff, amortization, and year end information upon request.
Education and Experience
· Associate’s degree in a related business field or equivalent education and related training.
· Two to three years of experience in the leasing or financial services industry.
Skills and Competencies
· Knowledge of the leasing industry as well as familiarity with vendor finance and direct
and indirect market segments.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-orientation, multi-tasking, and
organizational skills.
· Proficiency in high school level math and Microsoft Office Suite products.
