Job Summary: We are seeking motivated Banquet and Event Staff who are fluent in Spanish to assist with various aspects of event execution, including banquet setup and service, linen handling, and catering support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Banquet Work: Assist in setting up banquet halls, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings according to the event plan.
• Service: Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
• Linens: Manage the setup, organization, and storage of linens, including tablecloths, napkins, and other fabric items.
• Catering Help: Support catering activities, including food preparation, plating, and replenishing buffet stations.
• Event Breakdown: Assist in breaking down and cleaning up after events, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with guests and event organizers to ensure a smooth event experience.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in banquet work, catering, or event setup is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
