We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant, Analyst Relations Scheduler who thrives in a multitasking and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is diplomatic with proven experience in juggling various tasks and working across different stakeholders effectively and tactfully.
This Senior Administrative Assistant, Analyst Relations Scheduler will focus on scheduling meetings with technology industry analysts. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal forms are essential. This is a complex and dynamic scheduling role that requires booking and overseeing dozens of meetings at the same time. Previous experience in working within an analyst relations account team is not required we will teach you the ins and outs!
This role is open in either our Seattle, WA or Portland, OR offices only.

Your Salary:
The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $47,000 - $56,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
