- Be your own boss (with a supportive team) : Work independently while receiving ongoing training and mentorship from experienced technicians.
- Hit the ground running : Enjoy paid "ride-along" training alongside seasoned pros before confidently taking on solo installations.
We're looking for someone who :
- Thinks on their feet : Troubleshooting and adapting to new challenges are your forte.
- Takes pride in their work : Maintaining meticulous inventory and delivering top-notch customer service is second nature.
- Enjoys the open road : Having your own reliable vehicle (that fits a 6-foot folding ladder!) is essential.
- Knows home install & service : Previous experience with home service or install (cabling, appliances, low voltage, tech support) is a plus.
