Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5pm (ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND)
Pay: $17/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls scheduling appointments, updating logs, dispatching.
• Respond to emails. Escalating when necessary.
• Utilize Microsoft office (Must be proficient in excel spreadsheets.).
• Other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Be in commuting distance to Reno, NV.
• **Must be vaccinated for Covid 19 to work at location**
• Minimum Typing speed of 20 WPM.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to details
• Experience in the transportation/logistics industry preferred, but not required.
• AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF CALL CENTER OR OFFICE EXPERIENCE.
