About the Role

A minimum of 10 years of senior-level HR leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in OFCCP and Federal Contracting compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with a large, geographically dispersed workforce and be adept at managing a matrixed HR organization. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
