A local clothing retailer is looking for a full-time sales associate at our Revere, MA location.

The Retail Associate’s primary responsibility is to welcome customers and offer them assistance. The associate will direct customers to racks and display walls while suggesting items. The associate will have attained product knowledge that will be used to help customers with purchasing decisions. The store also updates customer records for sizing and past purchased items. The associate will ensure that the store remains neat. Inventory will be updated periodically to ensure the floor stock matches what is visible in Point of Sale.

Education

Requirements

Required: High school diploma.

Work Experience

Required: 6 months retail sales.

Preferred: 1 year retail sales in clothing store.

Skills And General Experience

Excellent customer relation skills, knowledge of POS systems, typing, merchandising, product knowledge, knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices, proficiency in English, basic math skills, working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements, friendly and energetic personality, ability to work under pressure and address complaints in a timely fashion, ability to work flexible shifts, occasionally lifting up to /- 40 pounds.

Pay: $16-18/Hour Based on Past Experience
