Brokerage Administrative Specialist

Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

• Data Analysis with banking or brokerage operations experience

• Good written and oral communication to commute with annuity carriers and advisors

• Attention to detail is a must have.

Responsibilities:

• Annuity processing functions to include rep changes

• Broker dealer changes, linking requests once received processor is responsible for executing change with respective annuity carriers

• Execution id performed through email, faxes, NFS broker platform, carrier back-office website and/or the DTCC portal
