The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our multi-entity business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and oversee various month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Work with various operating software systems and business units to ensure the transfer of data runs efficiently through to the financial statements.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations as well as aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Provide advice and suggestions to management that can improve the accounting processes and financial success of the family of companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required.
  • 5 years of previous experience in accounting or finance roles is required. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

  • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in financial reporting, including experience with consolidation of multi-entity financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Standout analytical and Excel skills.
