IDR Healthcare has a client in Rogers, Arkansas looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist

No Call, No Nights, No Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist the surgical team during procedures
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical process
- Pass instruments to surgeons during procedures
- Monitor and manage surgical equipment
- Ensure all needed supplies are available for procedures
- Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure

Requirements:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
