Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Department: Maintenance Department

Reports To: VP of Manufacturing Operations

Position Summary: Work with a team of 2-4 people in maintaining a state-of-the-art automated sheet metal fabrication factory and all supporting equipment/facilities.

Minimum Background, Experience, and Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent or Technical school diploma

· 5 - 7 years minimum of industrial manufacturing and/or building maintenance experience

· Able to read, write, and speak English

· Good basic working knowledge and abilities to troubleshoot electro/mechanical problems

· Ability to troubleshoot and repair: plumbing, building electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Any experience maintaining the following is a plus: CNC Laser / Punch, Press Brakes, Automated Panel Benders, industrial auxiliary equipment, pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, air compressors, etc.

· Available concerning required work hours (on-call hours may apply)

· Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

· Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule

· Repair and maintain production equipment

· Assist with building and grounds maintenance

· Understand and follow all safety related standards and practices

· Assist in other assignments as requested by supervisor
