Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold accountable all members of vertical team by setting clear goals and objectives, delegate responsibilities, provide guidance and direction, evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct daily huddles to discuss specific goals, daily wins & losses, carrier and customer issues, market conditions and other valuable information that assists in growing and supporting our business portfolio
• Knowledge around all equipment types
• Train and hold your Carrier Sales team accountable to effectively communicate the current market conditions, carrier capacity trends, pricing and aged, hot, sold loads.
• Develop, plan & execute carrier account strategies. Understand all SLA's, load details.
• Power BI reporting
• Visibility and reporting on Highway, Marketplace, Profiles, and call log performance
• EOD performance reports
• Daily metric reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Management or lead position.
• Strategic Mindset
• 3-5 years of Logistical experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Metric focus
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects
• Driven Team Player
