HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Travel Physical Therapist ( PT ) for a skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, and long-term care facility located in Rutland Vermont !

Assignment Details for this Travel Physical Therapist ( PT ) Role:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour schedule
- 8-hour shifts: day shift
- 13-week contract with potential to extend
- Active PT License in Vermont
- 12 months applicable experience in LTC/SNF/LTAC
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
