ABA Center-Based Behavior Technician

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Center-Based Behavior Technicians in our Sacramento, CA center where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in?Transforming Lives Together!

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

* Paid training and Registered Behavior Technician Certification

* Alternative work week schedule Monday-Friday--every other Friday OFF

Qualifications

* Must have availability from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday

* Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education experience preferred

* Must have experience working with children

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred

* Must be willing to drive to Sacramento and nearby centers

* Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle), active license, and have current/active auto insurance

* Must have current vaccinations (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Varicella) and TB test within the last year

* Must have COVID, booster, and flu vaccination annually

* Must pass DOJ/FBI live scan background clearance

* Must provide proof of physical capability including the ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist and lift 50 pounds

Job Description

* Work one on one with children in center using various teaching methodologies from Applied Behavior Analysis

* Collect data on assigned goals and implement plans to improve skills in all developmental domains

* Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors

* Collaborate with family members and other professionals on a regular basis
