Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity Available - HVAC/R, Sheet Metal, Plumbing Contractor
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage construction phases while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Maintain project documentation and generate progress reports for management and clients.
- Facilitate project closeouts and final inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in mechanical construction project management.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial/process and HVAC systems and construction processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
