Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company to understand their insurance needs
• Assist prospects to enroll in Medicare
• Present and explain supplemental insurance policies to potential clients
• Customize insurance plans to meet the specific needs of each client
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
